Melinda Sewer Muganzo received her Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration from Oakwood College, Huntsville, Alabama in 1984. She continued her educational pursuits and received an (M.B.A.) Masters in Business Administration in 1992 from Florida Metropolitan University (Orlando College), Orlando, Florida.

From a professional standpoint, Melinda has been employed in the corporate sector for over twenty years. She works as the Manager, Onboarding, Training & Internship-HRM, at Loma Linda University Health Services, Loma Linda, CA. She is a featured consultant and presenter for educational institutions, healthcare and business organizations and serves as a motivational speaker conducting seminars to diverse group, churches, and community organizations. Her passion is clearly identified in the motto: "Make Success a Mindset" through her development of MSM Ministries, an organization embracing the personal growth and enhancement of people by providing motivational seminars, public relations, computer services, and special events. Her unique presentation style achieves the communication objective.
She is a Talk Show Host for her Christian TV talk show entitled "Let's Get Real"
- featured on Adelphia Cable ---channel 17 and on Loma Linda Broadcasting Network--LLBN-TV in Loma Linda, California.
As Talk Show Host, Melinda's program is devoted to sharing the stories of others serving in all aspects of ministry.
Additionally, she is blessed with the gift of providing music ministry through playing the piano, organ, singing gospel music. Recently, she had the opportunity to serve as an Evangelist in Montego Bay, Jamaica through the Global Evangelism project via the Office of Diversity at Loma Linda University.
Her personal mission statement is: "Get Real with Jesus, and watch His Divine Favor work in your life. When you have been chosen and anointed by God, then blessed with multiple gifts, it is your responsibility to respond." I give God the praise for all the gifts! Glory to His name!
